A Development Program that builds a bridge between Europe and the U.S.
“3F Future“ Development Program is designed to support young talents and European race car drivers scaling their footprint in NASCAR and open a door to go racing in America.
“Late Model Stock Car Racing“ is popular all over the U.S. and allows to enter the sport for young drivers might struggling to fund their racing in the higher NASCAR division as the costs for this series are comparable low. The program is designed to help those young talented drivers to develop their performance on the race track such as on the business side, coaching them everything around building up their own brand and manage their racing career. Also we provide to get European drivers licensed on NASCAR sanctioned race tracks to get them into the sport and being mentored by veteran NASCAR drivers.
THE FIRST DRIVER
Chris Tate (23), an active USMC member is our first talented and successful „3F Future“ driver we are helping to develop a future in NASCAR. Chris has showed is skills with fast lap times and a strong finish at last years Late Model Limited race in Florence/SC and was the first driver in the teams history being behind the wheel of a 3F Racing car. With being a fast Rookie, Chris will participate in selected late model races during the 2023 season with the team.

To be successfull in motorsports it all comes down to a good working team of individuals. Wether it‘s the driver, pit crew member or teams manager. Every single position of the operation plays an important role to make the dream work. The “Pit Crew Challenge“ is especially designed to strengh the bond within your team, building trust and work efficiantly together as a whole. A Pit Crew consists of 5 team member ensuring to work as fast as possible on the race car during it‘s Pit Stop, as every second counts to win the race.
